HR document templates for Turkey
Downloadable examples of the HR documents Turkish employment law expects you to keep — from the written employment contract to the monthly timesheet. Each template page shows a full preview, explains the statutory basis with sources, and gives you the Word or Excel file free, in exchange for your email. The documents themselves are in Turkish, as they must be to be usable.
Employment contract template
Word (.docx)An employment contract under Turkish law is the agreement in which the employee undertakes to work under the employer's direction and the employer to pay a wage (Labor Law No. 4857, Art. 8). Contracts lasting a year or more must be in writing. This Word template is an indefinite-term contract, in Turkish, with optional clauses for fixed-term and part-time work.
Annual leave request form
Word (.docx)The annual leave form is the written request naming the dates an employee wants to take paid annual leave. Employees request leave in writing at least one month ahead (Annual Paid Leave Regulation, Art. 7), and employers must keep a leave record showing every employee's annual leave (Labor Law Art. 56). This Turkish-language Word template carries both the structured form and a petition variant.
Unpaid leave petition
Word (.docx)Unpaid leave under Turkish law exists, as a rule, only by agreement between employee and employer. An employer imposing unpaid leave unilaterally is making a material change to working conditions, which does not bind the employee without written acceptance within six business days (Labor Law Art. 22). This Turkish-language Word petition captures the request, the employer's approval and the suspension acknowledgment in one document.
Timesheet (puantaj) template
Excel (.xlsx)A puantaj cetveli is the monthly grid showing each employee's worked days, leave, sick days and overtime, day by day. Turkish employers must document working time with suitable means (Labor Law Art. 63, Working Time Regulation Art. 9), and the timesheet is what backs both that duty and the monthly SGK premium-day filings (Law No. 5510, Art. 86). The Excel template ships with a 31-day grid and a code legend.
Payslip (bordro) example
Excel (.xlsx)The maaş bordrosu is the payroll record Turkish employers must draw up for every month's wages (Tax Procedure Law Art. 238), alongside the signed wage slip handed to the employee at every payment (Labor Law Art. 37). This Excel example shows every deduction computed with the 2026 parameters, for the minimum wage and for a 50,000 TL gross salary.
