Either works. You can run all your clients out of your own partner workspace, or stand them up on their own Otto account. The partnership applies in both cases.
Yes. Career pages, candidate emails, and feedback links can carry your brand. Enterprise partners get fully custom domains and email senders.
No fee to apply or join. There's a soft expectation of at least one client onboarded per quarter once you're certified, we want partners who use the platform, not just resell it.

We review every application within 48 hours and usually schedule a partner call the same week. Certification takes 3–5 working days after that.
