Otto prepares, you approve

Otto minds the records. You mind the people.

In Turkey, 'personel takip' means keeping personnel records in order — not watching people. Otto HR holds each employee's file, attendance entries and leave in one place. Otto finds the missing document, sends the reminder and hands the data to payroll ready to use. Every step that changes a record is taken with your approval.

Why Otto

Otto keeps the order. The decisions stay yours.

01

Order without the effort

Every action from hiring to leave writes to the same record, so the file stays current on its own. There is no end-of-month tidy-up of scattered spreadsheets.

02

Management, not monitoring

Otto HR watches records, not people: no location tracking, no cameras, no hardware sold. Attendance data comes from entries you keep or from your PDKS device's export file, and employees see their leave requests and balances in the portal.

03

Otto tells you what's missing

An attendance day never entered, a document never collected, a leave request still waiting — Otto brings the list to you instead of you keeping it. Any step that changes a record still waits for your approval.

What's inside

From the record to the pay run, every step arrives prepared.

Record

One employee file per person

Identity and contact details, position and salary history, documents and folders live on a single profile — and leavers' history is kept. Article 75 of Turkish Labor Law No. 4857 requires an employee file ('özlük dosyası') for every employee. Otto HR keeps that file current on its own.

Attend

Attendance and leave on one screen

Daily clock-in and clock-out entries are compared with the hours each employee's shift expects, with approved leave counted in. Import your PDKS (Turkey's card-reader attendance systems) export file in one step — Otto HR doesn't operate the device, it works with the device's data.

Otto finds what's missing

A new hire's document checklist is chased automatically, attendance days never entered are flagged in the month view, and waiting requests are brought to you. Otto prepares and reminds. Approval always belongs to a person.

Records flow into the pay run

Frequently asked questions

'Personel takip programı' — literally a personnel tracking program — is Turkish for software that keeps employee records, documents, attendance and leave in one place instead of scattered spreadsheets. The 'takip' (tracking) refers to keeping records orderly and current, not to watching employees. Otto HR is the agentic take on the category: instead of waiting for you to fill the file in, Otto finds the missing document, sends the reminder and prepares attendance and leave for payroll — and every step that changes a record waits for a person's approval.

In Excel, personal details live on one sheet, leave on another and attendance in a separate file. Formulas break and nobody can tell who changed what. In Otto HR each employee has a single record: leave balances calculate themselves, attendance entries are compared to expected hours, every change is written to an audit log, and at the end of the period the data arrives in the pay run ready to use. Otto tells you what is missing — you don't chase the spreadsheet.

No. In Otto HR, personnel management means records: the employee file, attendance entries and leave. There is no location tracking, no cameras, no surveillance features, and Otto HR sells and operates no hardware. Under KVKK, Turkey's data-protection law, biometric data such as fingerprints is special-category personal data (Law No. 6698, Art. 6), and processing it is the responsibility of the employer operating the device — Otto HR collects no biometric data and only imports the clock-in and clock-out times a PDKS device exports. Employees can see their leave requests and balances in the employee portal.

No. Leave types, balances, requests and approval flows are part of the same platform. Approved leave counts as worked time in the attendance summary and is reflected in payroll, so there is no separate leave spreadsheet to reconcile.

From your first employee. Otto HR is built for small and growing teams without a dedicated HR unit — start without a credit card and move to paid tiers as you grow. The order is the same at five people or a hundred: one file per employee.
