OTTO HR SMS TERMS

These SMS Terms describe the text messaging program operated by Ottohr Inc. ("Otto HR," "we," "us," or "our") for customer support and inquiry follow-up.
1. Opt-In
Otto HR sends text messages only to individuals who have provided their mobile phone number and expressly agreed to receive text messages from us — for example, by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form. Providing a phone number alone does not opt you in; consent is a separate, unchecked-by-default choice.
2. What We Send
Messages from Otto HR are customer support and inquiry-related only: responses to your support requests, questions about an inquiry you submitted, and follow-ups needed to resolve them. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry or support request.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by your mobile carrier under your mobile plan; Otto HR does not charge for text messages.
5. Opting Out
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of receiving text messages from Otto HR. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts from us unless you opt in again.

Reply HELP for help at any time, or contact us at contact@ottohr.com.
7. Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are handled as described in our Privacy Notice. Phone numbers provided to us are used solely to deliver the support or inquiry response requested and are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
