What the law requires
Under Law No. 6331 (İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Kanunu), employers must maintain risk assessments, emergency plans, employee İSG trainings, and health surveillance appropriate to their hazard class. These duties can be met by procuring services from an authorized OSGB (Ortak Sağlık ve Güvenlik Birimi).
